I know your dilema. I used to work for EAS and am currently working with the scientist who developed EAS's creatine product Phosphagen. The loading phase has critics from both sides. One says that loading will saturate your muscles with creatine giving you quicker results. The other side says that loading may damage your body's reseptors which will hurt your results in the end. Either one works so it's up to you. If you are going to load you want to take 20g a day for the first week. In you case it will be a hugh 28 capules a day. After that you want to have 5g-10g depending on your weight. About 7 to 13 capules. I recomend you do use the loading phase i get the best results that way. Also to get the most out of you creatine you want to give your body a insulin spike so it is best to take it with Kool-ade or grape juice. Good luck man!
