Been doing crunches to strengthen ab. muscles for 10 weeks now. Now it seems that my pants are tight and that I've got this bloated look. Definitely is bigger in the stomach area. I thought crunches were suppose to tighten things up. Instead, I'm getting bigger! What's this all about? What am I doing wrong???
