Congratulations, Sandy!!
Was it hard at first to do without the bread & potatoes? I tried this diet before & it backfired because I was eating all the fat & gave in to bread & sweet cravings.
I know several diabetics who are all looking for a sugar free fudge recipe. Would you share yours?
