According to your ratios for protein, CHO and fat, your diet will actually consist of about 35% fat (35% of total calories that is) and less than 50% for carbs. Not sure what you weight, but if you weigh, say 170 lb, you'll be ingesting about 4250 calories based on your g/lb figures. This includes 170 g of fat which carries 9 calories for each gram. This is my only concern with your diet as it is. Perhaps lowering the fat intake and replacing it with your complex carbs (get your carbs up to about 55-60% of total cals). Just my 2 cents worth, take it or leave it.
