: ok I'm 18 years old, I usually train about 3 times a week. for arms (bi's), I do standing dumbell curls, barbell curls and reverse curls,
: for chest, I do flat bench and dumbell presses tris I do standing one arm overhead extensions, i only do 1 exercise here cuz there dead after the bench. for abs I do like 200 sit ups and like 15 min cardio. I used prolab whey protien shakes for a month but I stopped. My goal is to look like the guy on the first page of www.bodyofwork.com the guy with the glasses. I konw I cant be like arnold cuz of my body type and I also dont really wanna be that big. I just dont want to be konwn as skinny. Immediate goals for me is to be like 145 with a six pack. I can feel all my abs but there is that little bit of fat on top. My arms are so shame full they are 12 inches flexed. my chest and shoulders seem to be the only thing that grow. I remember when I started I used to work them everyday they were not hurting, after about a week it was like everyday, and they really grew.but thats about it... thank you so much u dont know how much this means to me. I'm not like those guys who sits and cries, instead I'm doing something about it.

: : : Well I have been training for about a year now and when I take my shirt off I see some nice results. But all the time when I tell ppl I weight train they laugh or say your so skinny. I'm really really sick of hearing that. At times I feel like telling them to F off but i dont. I have a body type like those gymnastics ppl (ectomorphas i think) I need to find someone who was skinny and had the same body type and got bigger, I really just want to get up to the way the gymnastics guys are.
