Sorry to hear you have diabetes. My guess is creatine is not harmful since it is a naturally occuring element in many foods. However, I wouldn't guess that about androstendione. I wouldn't touch that even without diabetes! Best to ask a doctor or nutritionist these questions just to be sure...
