: I have been going to the gym a few times week usually over the last 6-8 weeks but as the weather is getting really crap over here in the UK and it gets dark early I cannot get to the gym easily, so I am only making once a week which is not enough with my present aims.

: I need to be doing 3/4 times a week of a 30-40 minute cardio workout such as running or cycling. I was wondering if anyone has any good ideas about how to achieve this at home without expensive equipment. I though maybe of doing a long session of skipping but I don't have enough space. Anything which will keep my heart rate elevated for 30-40 minutes is what I need.

: I don't have enough cash to buy a stationary bike or anything. Your suggestions are much appreciated.

: Thank you.
Hi! Try jumping rope or excersise videos. There are really great ones out now like kick boxing, tae-bo , etc- or- just go back to the old- fashioned way ---- jumping jacks! Good luck to you!
