I train at home with my bench set, it's a weider bench with the pulley bar. I have a curling bar and the normal weight bar. I usually have cereal and some milk for breakfast all the time. I take in about 2-3 glasses of milk everyday, that's the same with OJ. Lunch, I get fast food, fries,burgers,pizza, the usual. For dinner, I get anything I can get my hands on, I eat potatoes just about everyday trying to get my weight added.Steaks,porkchops, you name it, except fish, I know I should, but I really don't have a good taste for fish. The answer to your last question is yes and no, I'm basically doing it to gain some weight, but I've heard from my sisters (in service) that most people lose weight, but slowly gain it back after few weeks later. Mainly joining for college money, but I'm really hoping this can help me out a bit.Thanks for relpying.
