I've been running and eating right but just can't seem to get the weight off. i'd like to know if any of you have any suggestions for loosing weight in this region (as far as running more, or eating these types of foods, etc.). I would suggest a lot of walking, if you haven't tried that yet.
OR squats - but do them at an ultra-slow pace. Maybe 15-25 seconds just to go all the way down. And remember, don't let your knees go past the plane of your toes. Lift with the hips.
