: : Does anyone know of any easily accessible things that will help decrease weight? Anything it all or any adivce would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

: Yes. In a nut shell: close the frige. To many calories is the MAIN prob. but its the CARBOHYDRATES that are killing you. Too many calories get stored up as fat. They over tax the pancreas which can result in Diabetes which leads to Cancer among other probs. Carbos are adictive in the brain(just try to quit. You'll see). Toxin elimination from a fat body is a major prob. as is lack of blood flow, oxygen, and nutrients.
: Read 2 great books (among others) that WILL change your life: 'The Pro-Vita Plan' by Dr. Jack Tips, and 'The Metabolic Typing Diet" by Wolcott.
: I just visited a site you might find usefull and there are OTHERS,
: http://www.dr-ede.com/tips2.html Look through the health tips. Get LOTS of movement and water for elimination. Offten times obesity is the bbody's way of crying out for NUTRIENTS. Today's ccomercial foods are seriously devoid of nutrients and full of toxins(like DDT, etc. coming from Mexico, etc.) which causes havock in the body and brain.
: It is not easy being healthy in the WESTERN SOCIETY. We did it to our selves. Time to re-learn. There is much, much good info in the non-commercial/mainstream sector. I have much to share but most people are too stuck in their ways(ignorant) and adicted and TOO lazy to change. I find I waste my time. Good luck (if you dare to change).

MIKE

You are right on the money!! I've read another book from Dr Tips--- "The Weight is Over". It expains how the American diet has us addicted to carbohydrates and how, over time, our bodies eventually give up trying to process them.

you should check it out
