Great you're walking and eating healthy!
To lose 1 pound you need to expend 3500 calories in your walking assuming your diet is fine.
Each day of the 7 days, you need to walk off 500 calories. For average person, 1 mile=100 calories. The heavier the person is the more he/she loses.
Try walking 5 miles/day and see if that works to lose 1 pound/week. That's a healthy weight loss, 1 pound/week. Hope it helps.
