you are wasting your money,i got bowflex when was 13,i only used it 3 monhts,i am 19 now,if u must workout at home buy a STURDY free weight bench olympic size, and a STURDY seated bench that can do inclines,it is best to go to the gym becaue they have safetly racks etc, when i worked out at home with free weithts after bowflex( because i realized it was garbarge) i eventually jonied a gym cuz i got tired of droping weight on the floor and equipment breaking, real equipment the kind the gym has cost alot, most benches break and tilt easy ,mine was 200 dollars it was still fragile ,of course they look great when u first buy it,a month into it when u get strogner u will realize, also if u want bowflex so bad ,if u live in nortern cali i will give u what is left of mine for free
