Please Help I need to find a firming Excercise that will tighten up between the legs... the private part. (the outside skin part) There is all kinds of Excercise to firm up the butt. But nothing that I've tryed to do myself seems to work. I've Lost 50lbs and still loosing. I've lost a total of 9 sizes in the last year.. everything is tightening up.. except that general area of my body. I would like to do it and get it done fast. I would feel so much better if I can just get a general idea on what might help.
