: I am an avid bicycle rider ... 20-25 miles a day. During my ride, I also jog 2-3 miles. Just recently I noticed a spongy swelling on my knee. Massaging the swelling, I saw it move from place to place. Water on the knee! Besides having it drained, what else can I
: do to cause it to go away? I don't have any pain yet,
: but will this hamper my biking/jogging? Any advice?
I had the same thing and didn't get it drained right away. Now I am having knee problem I probably would not have had. Don't fool with this
and get it drained IMMEDIATELY!!! If you don't
your biking/jogging will come to a screeching
halt. I had to stop playing tennis for 2 years
