Thanks Ella, you have cleared a few things up for me....now for the hard work*=) : Hi Candy, Iv'e heard that the best way to get rid of the fat on the arms is to do push ups or try pushing off your bed, a table or something similar. Doing weights should also work well, it tones and burns fat. Good luck.
