Hi....
Can you give me information about the best exercises for the stomach, especially the lower part (you know, where that little pouch forms under the waistline..) I'm a very busy person, so I don't have time to workout more than 30 mins. a day. What're some of the best, easiest, and most effective exercises for this? I'm about fourty lbs. overweight, but that doesn't bother me alot. What bothers me is the fact that I can't wear pants with a shirt tucked in them without showing a big bulge in my lower stomach. I have a weight set, and I try to use it everyday. Can it help? Also, i'm trying to drink only water for the next little while. I usually drink lots of water anyway, or water-based drinks (like sugar-free lemon tea, etc..) Any suggestions, exercises, etc.. will be greatly appreciated
