Like I said to many people who want to lose inches, you have to do cardiovascular training and
not weight lifting. Weight lifting is great, but for firming the skin. So it's sure that you can do that too
but the most important if you want to lose your belly, is to do cardiovascular exercices. Like
walking, swimming, jogging, aerobic etc.
I'm sure that by doing that, you can lose it.
