: Do you think that you can lose weight without exercising? I hate doing exercices.

***Hi. my name's LynnB. I'm a nutritionist and fitness trainer. You can lose weight by eating health
depending on what your previous diet was. Just remember, never "go on" a "diet" and never starve
yourself. Think about your health first in order to motivate you to eat your best. Which types of
exercises have you tried? I'm a firm believer that any type of motion is good for the body and mind.
Even things like stretching (very healthy for body and mind.) What is it you hate about exercise?
The time commitment? Sweating? The clothing? Gyms? In the end you must ask yourself this
question: Do I want to be the healthiest I can be? What's stopping me?
Let me know what you think?
