: ***Hi. my name's LynnB. I'm a nutritionist and fitness trainer. You can lose weight by eating health
: depending on what your previous diet was. Just remember, never "go on" a "diet" and never starve
: yourself. Think about your health first in order to motivate you to eat your best. Which types of
: exercises have you tried? I'm a firm believer that any type of motion is good for the body and mind.
: Even things like stretching (very healthy for body and mind.) What is it you hate about exercise?
: The time commitment? Sweating? The clothing? Gyms? In the end you must ask yourself this
: question: Do I want to be the healthiest I can be? What's stopping me?
: Let me know what you think?
I don't really dislike exercise, but I don't really like it either; I'm very ambivalent towards it. My problem is that I can't really get into a routine about exercising. One day, I'll be able to workout for about twenty minutes before bed- the next, thirty minutes in the afternoon. Some days I don't have time to work out at all. I'm 18, around 5'11, and about 230 lbs. I'm not sure exactly how much weight I have to lose. My extra weight really doesn't hinder me..I do pretty much whatever I want to. I do eat healthy, I have to because I'm Diabetic. I have a very busy lifestyle, but i just can't seem to get into the swing of exercising. I'm actually happy with who I am, but I would like to have a better appearance (for myself, not others.) Any suggestions?
