I would like to know, how much calories is used in normal activity. I do office work. Please advice me how much calories i should burn during exercise. I have calostrol level high at 7.0, my weight is 180lb, my height is 70in., My daily intake is 1000cal.(mostly vegables, fibre no fat).
Please advise me how to get this under control and to understand how the calories work.
