I am not mislead. You are just not paying attention. In the message that I responded to of yours, you did not give the recommended protein use per kg. You just gave an amount based on grams of protein. When I said 1 gram of protein, I gave it as per pound of body weight. Therefore, that would translate to about 2.2g of protein/kg of body weight. As I said that was an extreme upper limit meaning that the average person was not going to be able to metabolize the protein into muscle but an athlete working 110% who has good genetics may be. If you were someone who actually knew what they were talking about without having to base your knowledge solely on tables and last minute research you would have recognized the kg/g conversion factor and seen that our two upper limit suggestions were not off by much. You gave an upper limit of 1.8 g/kg which is about .82g/lb of body weight as comapred to my "extreme" upper limit of 1g/lb. I am not trying to be rude, I just want everyone to get the right info.
