I am Randy, i am about 170lbs at 5'7" I am trying to lose weight, and am losing... Mainly need weight loss in stomach, lower pouch, and thighs.... I have tried doing 100 pushups and 125 situps daily when i go to sleep and that obbiously isnt enough. The other problem i have is i eat wayyy to much. I cant stop. Any ideas or know how to help...?? Note:due to work and time, i have little to no time.. Will also be willing to pay for any new products that work!! Please feel free to email any ideas, and thank you!!!
