A couple of ideas for you. Don't overdo the Hydroxycut dose, stick with their recomendation. Are you doing your cardio before breakfast in the morning? That's the best time to lose fat. It will make a huge difference. Don't stop maintaining your muscle mass, push those weights around, Hydroxycut will help you keep your mass, but you have to be using your muscles while doing it. This way you will maintain what you have.
