I am a 18 year old male. I am six feet tall and weigh 145lbs. I am in decent shape, but dont have much muscle tone. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas about how I could gain some muscle, by summer. I go to the gym about twice aweek, but i need some tips as to what type of exercises i should be doing and how often i should do them for improvement in a few months. I want to tone up all over but especially my arms, chest and back. Ive been going to the gym but its hard to stay motivated when i dont see any results and i cant do much. Any advice would be appreciated thanks.
