when it comes to diet and excerise i have no idea what to do. everyone has something different to say and it's very confusing. basically, i love carbs, hate most meat and vegetables, and want to lose wieght and tone up my legs but i dont know where to start. i dont know what the best excersises are and the most effective. i obviously dont know what to eat and how to count calories or anything!!! any help ..I WOULD LOVE IT! thank you
