yeah, if you can manage 5-6 a day, it will make your metabolism more efficient. I dont do this really, but i know it is better if you can. I usually eat a large breakfast, smaller lunch and almost no dinner. Also another thing try, again if you can manage it, is do exercise in the morning, before breakfast, and exercise at night before dinner. 8 glasses of water a day if you're not exercising, if you're exercising a lot and working up a sweat each session, try for about 12. Heaps of water is really important.
