My son races off-road motorcycles on the national level. He's very talented but can't seem to overcome a problem of nausea/vomiting 2 hours into a 3 hour race.He works & trains so hard its heartbreaking to see him defeated in this way. He's seen Dr's & had lots of tests & has tried tons of different sports drinks, etc. Nothing's working & he's ready to give up- PLEASE HELP!!!
