gday, I do a lot of outdoor exercise - mostly running. Its starting to get a bit colder here and i was wondering if there is any differences in your body when exercising in very hot weather vs cold weather. Eg: you obviously sweat a lot more when its hot than when its cold. Do you burn more calories in the cold since your body has to work harder to keep your body warm, or do you burn the same amount of calories running a -1 C or 35 C? Should i warm up for longer on cold mornings? that sort of thing, any help would be appreciated. cheers -rob
