I would say that warm weather is probably the best for two reasons:
A) You sweat more in the warmer weather, making the body work harder....plus you can TELL that the body is working harder b/c of the amount of sweat.
B) Cold weather has a tendency to make the muscles very tight.....if you don't take an extra amount of time compared to what you do in warm weather to stretch, then you have a great chance of pulling or tearing a muscle.
