I've been using hydroxycut and i'm on my second week. I didn't expect huge results in the beginning because I do cardio on a regular basis, and my intentions with hydroxycut was just to lose some more fat. I am aware that fat burners also cause atrophy of muscle, but I haven't noticed much fat loss. I didn't expect to lose a lot, but it seems slower than I thought. By the way, I eat right and excercise too. Any tips or suggestions?
