join a gym...other than that, i guess buy a workout tape with aerobics and maybe invest in some weights.
You're gonna have to change your diet somewhat to lower the carbs and higher the proteins....and you're going to have to workout atleast 4-5 times a week...atleast.
Takes time...but you have youth and natural testosterone production on your side
