Yea I am going to join a gym this week hopefully, and I hope to change my diet aswell....you know what stuff I should be eating? If someone sets me a plan I can stand by it but I have no idea what to eat.....
Also you said work out atleast 4 or 5 times a week.....in the gym or excersises at home? How long should these workout's be?
: join a gym...other than that, i guess buy a workout tape with aerobics and maybe invest in some weights.
