Try to do about 20 min's cardio a day atleast...30 is about prime. 4 days a week.

As for lifting weights, you should lift for about 45 min's a day to an hour, 5 days a week. keep it intense, don't allow much time between sets.

As for eating:

Eat chicken, tuna, stuff that is HIGH in protein, low in carbohydrates. You're 16 though, you can handle a little junkfood.
