I am 5'5" and 230lbs I need to lose weight for my wedding in June. I have Been doing tae bo, it is going very well i really like it. I have been walking about 1 mi a day. My arms are very fat how do i slim them down with out building major muscle? any other suggestions to help speed up the process or improve what im doing would be great. There are no gyms around where i live and i dont have alot of money for equipment. thanks.
