It has worked for me! It's deep breathing and holding a position that focuses on the "problem" areas of our untoned/overweight bodies. I've never done Yoga so I can't compare but it's extremely easy to do. Just make sure you use the proper breathing techniques and positions shown in the video. In 3 weeks I've lost 3" from my waist, 1/2" from my thighs and 1/2"from my lower abdomen. (which is great after 2 children and a not so tight tummy) I found the trick is to drink the recommended 8 cups of water a day..since a cup is less then a full glass of water like some programs say, it's easier to do. The more I drink the better I do. I've also adopted a healthier eating pattern (so snacks after supper) to go with this new lifestyle. Hope this information helps you.
