Hey, I am almost fifteen years old. I want to get a muscular type body. But i have some questions. What kind of exercises should i do for my abs? Should i do crunches or sit ups, if so, how many? Any advice on how to strengthen my abs would be helpful. Also i recently bought a weight machine thing. It has things for your arms and legs so i figured i wouldnt have to worry about doing exercises for that. But i play baseball, and i have a shouldar problem. It is almost equivalent top tearing a rotator cup/cuff but not as bad and for a child. So if i work this a lot, will it get worse or stronger? Could somebody PLEASE help me. Thanks a lot.
