Go see a professional if you already have the equipment at home just book a session or 2 with a personal trainer to find out what would be best for your age, body type and what you want to achieve. If your body isn't fully developed it can be harmful to put on any bulk. some light weightlifting is fine, but don't aim for too much muscle for another few yrs or you could do damage to your body.
