I have been exercising and going to aerobic classes and watching what I eat trying too lose weight for the past six weeks. Unfortunately, I have been gaining more weight instead of losing weight. I can tell that my legs have toned up and I feel if this is going to make me gain more weight would could I do to reverse the process of gaining weight instead of losing weight with exercising? I am also taking Metabolife 356 and it does not seem to be working at all. Is there something that you could recommend for me to do. I need to lose at least 20 lbs according to the scale for my height.
