Do not rely on a diet pill..it can be very dangerous because they aren't regulated and tested properly, and most don't work anyway.
If your noticing that your more toned then don't worry about the loss in pounds. Muscle weighs more than fat, so if your gaining more muscle than your losing in fat that would explain the weight gain. Count inches not pounds.
