: I know what you mean, but the gut/love handles are where men lose fat last. I lost a lot of weight and the hardest slog is getting that tummy tight again after. Cardio is the most important thing by far, running if you can handle it, but fast walking is good too. Also a good idea to build those abs, even though they won't help you actually lose the love handles/gut, when you *do* lose them you'll hopefully have some nicely defined abs :) The awful truth is if you still have love handles then you still have weight to lose :(
I agree, i just did a INTENSE cutting cycle and this is the best i could get;
look close, there's still some handles there. They are the LAST thing to go, like rob said...but don't give up! NEVER give up!
