: : During my senior year my highest weight was 220 lbs! Yikes! Since graduating (last
: : year) I've lost 50 lbs ever so slowly, but I feel great! My only problem I have now are
: : those damn love handles! Its like an inner-tube around my waist! I really want to get rid
: : of these... I walk 2 miles a day (with my friend's mom she is great!) and go to the gym
: : every other day (sometimes everyday) I was wonder what excercises besides
: : crunches they recommend. Please list all you can think of or what worked for you!
: : Thank you everyone!

: I know what you mean, but the gut/love handles are where men lose fat last. I lost a lot of weight and the hardest slog is getting that tummy tight again after. Cardio is the most important thing by far, running if you can handle it, but fast walking is good too. Also a good idea to build those abs, even though they won't help you actually lose the love handles/gut, when you *do* lose them you'll hopefully have some nicely defined abs :) The awful truth is if you still have love handles then you still have weight to lose :(
: cheers

look close, there's still some handles there. They are the LAST thing to go, like rob said...but don't give up! NEVER give up!
