when i go on the tread, i use a tummy wrap to help my work outs. it's supposed to work like a sauna, making your abs sweat and melt the fat in that area. so far, it seems to help because when i get off that tread, my midsection is drenched and so is the rest of my body.
the problem is that i'm not sure if i'm just losing water weight. will the tummy wrap help me lose the fat around my abs quicker in conjunction with abdominal exercises? after i run, i do work on my abs for at least 20 minutes doing various crunches.
