Consider this: A 17year old asian male, 5.5feet, 110 pounds wants to exercise to get in shape. I am also a darn skinny guy who notices a little belly(tummy) popping out, what is a good way to get rid of it and be fit. I also want to grow some meat. I am skinny and wishes to look better. what kind of exercise and for how long a day should I do to achieve a good(or an ok) "body." (you know, to impress people when school starts: August)
I mainly want to be fit and have a well defined body. YOu know, not big like arnold swarchnegar, but just look strong.(let people notice my muscles.)
I know, I know, you guys aren't all exercise experts, but if you have nothing to say, just post "your" exercise program, that way, I can just mix and match something for me:-)
btw, when is a good time to exercise? Is it morning or evening. Morning is a good time, but it seems wierd knowing that you will eat right after your workout. Isn't that bad?
