Well there is certainly nothing wrong with jogging so I sure wouldn't suggest you stop that. It is also fine to do exercises like push-ups and sit-ups as well, but you must realize that your results will be minimal and take a long time to achieve when compared to a strength training program. In order to build much mass, you must lift a weight heavy enough so that you can lift it no more than twelve times. I am not saying that you can't get stronger by doing push-ups, they just can't compare to lifting. If you can't already, you will soon become able to do these body weight resistance exercises for a lot more than 12 reps. Since you have no access to weight equipment, it is better that you do these than nothing at all. Add dips and pull-ups to your list as well. You can also do a form of a bicep curl by wrapping a towel around your thigh and pulling up on it with your arms in a curl-like manner. As soon as you can, I would really encourage you to get access to weight equipment if you are truely interested in having a better body.
