Sorry, I don't know what a dip is so I would appreciate if you tell me. OK, so this will be my exercise program, jogging, push-ups, sit-ups, squats, pull-ups, and dips(once I figure out what it is). Does that sound good for a person who wants to tone his body? So do I do those everyday, or what? I heard I should do them every other day, but I just don't feel right exercising one day and sitting on my butt on the other.
