So Should I set like "30 minutes a day" kind of thing, or can I just exercise till I feel pain. (somebody told me that the fatigue that you get means that the muscles are stimulated). With a sofa and TV, it is awfully tempting to just stop and watch TV. IF I follow my exercise program,(the one with pushups, situps squats etc), how long should I do them anyway? I just want an overall ok/body and I noticed a tummy coming out, so I want to burn that away too. Should I just do em till it hurts(no pain no gain right?), or do I have to set a limit?(if so, how long,consideirng I"m doing them everyother day).

Same thing with jogging. I"m doing that everyday, and after one lap, I start to feel really really tired. It is a big lap and it takes me about 5 minutes to finish. After that, I just walk around one last time and walk home. (which takes an additional 7-10 minutes. So YOU can say I walk/jog a total of 15 minutes a day. Is that good? Sounds awfully small and I just don't know if it's right. I'm just not motivitated to do more, but I want to work out.
