My child suffers 'generalized celebral damage to both aspoxia' since birth. He cant see but only understand when touched. Amonng five sences he has only sence of touch and sence of taste. He is really very beautiful.
He is now 5 yrs. He cant move.

Many doctors were consulted but to no use.
They say he sufferes from optic attropy.

Please help me.
