My daughter was evaulated and diagnosed with a Oculomoter Dysfunction (378.9) and Binocular deficits (368.3). The Doctor is perscribing a Vision Therapy or Orthoptics program (92065). My son was diagnosed with a Oculomoter dysfunction (378.9) a Accomodative Infacility (367.5) and Binocular deficit (368.3), the same program was recommended for him. What does all this mean, and is there any thing that I could do at home to help them intead of 24 - 32 visits to vision therapy. Where can I find more information on Vision Therapy?
