I went to tthe opthalmologist and my eyes without corrected vision is 20/400 in both. He said I had a weak muscle (optic?) and that I had floaters.

Well my vision is 20/20 corrected and I was wondering could I apply for blind services with the floaters?

The doctor said it was really nothing to worry about right now my eyes are normal for the amount of stigmatism which is not unusual for the floaters and weakened muscle.

I am 35 right now and he said when I reach 45 I will probably wear binoculars with glasses.
