I'm wondering if anyone out there in the world know's of any treatments available for both severe astigmatism and acute myopia. I've been told by doctors that laser treatment could cure one but make the other even worse. No-one here in England seems to trust opthalmic treatment in other countries and my doctors are never any help with this sort of thing. Any advice or info would be gratefully appreciated.
