You need an eye surgeon. Your doctor should be able to refer you to one.

: Hi everyone. I have a strange problem with my eyelids. I cannot close them fully without forcing my lower eylids up to close my eyes. Well I have to do this to sleep right of course, but when I do this for a long period of time like when im sleeping, it gives me dark marks under my eyes. Ive been living with this for about a year. Now I'm getting veins around my eyes probably due to this weird condition. It looks very ugly and I would like to know what the heck this is??!!
